Kim Delaney has won Emmy Awards for her role as Detective Diane Russell. Kim Delaney has been renowned as the Detective Diane Russell in ABC's series NYPD Blue. The actress also starred on the drama series All My Children Philly, CSI: Miami, and Army Wives. Delaney is the sole daughter of an United Auto Workers senior executive as well as a domestic worker was raised by her four siblings.
